Your comprehensive lab orders
A secure link to complete your intake forms
We partner with labs integrated with Quest Diagnostics, so you can visit your nearest Quest location as soon as you receive your orders.
STEP 2
Complete Labs + Intake Forms
Have your labs drawn at Quest and submit your intake forms through your secure patient portal.
Your detailed health history + lab results give us a complete picture before your visit.
STEP 3
Schedule Your 1:1 Telehealth Visit
After your labs are complete, book your one-hour Elite Diagnostic Experience with one of our board-certified practitioners.
During your visit, you’ll:
Review your lab results
Discuss your symptoms and goals
Receive a personalized care plan designed specifically for you
STEP 4 (OPTIONAL)
Continue your journey with additional support
For those seeking additional support, we offer various packages to aide in weight loss and hormone health. Packages vary in length and depth and may be discussed during your telehealth visit.

No. We do not accept insurance. We find that we are only able to provide tailored, personalized care of the highest quality without the restrictions of insurance. We want you to have the best care.

Yes, partially. You will receive a $200 credit towards the care package of your choice. However, you will be pleased with the information and value you receive in your Elite Diagnostic Experience as a stand-alone experience.

Yes, if you choose to go forward with a care package, each care package offers a different number of visits.

Yes, you need a primary care provider while in the care of Appalachian Integrative Medicine. We will work together as a team with your other care providers.

Primary care providers will follow you throughout your lifespan and ensure you receive preventive testing such as colonoscopies, mammograms, pap smears, etc. Your primary care team will also be able to treat you for urgent matters, such as urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, and more. Appalachian Integrative Medicine works to optimize your health so you can have more vibrance, energy, and optimized health, while your primary care provider can assist you with urgent and primary care needs.

We perform extensive lab testing and treat to OPTIMIZE your health. Traditional medicine has a more limited role in health optimization and is more geared to treat disease.

No, the Elite Diagnostic Experience is how we get to know you and your health to provide optimized and personalized treatment plans.

No, but at your Elite Diagnostic Experience, you will receive recommendations for care plans tailored to you that can include prescription medications, peptides, and supplements. As part of your Elite Diagnostic Experience, you will receive an in-depth analysis of your lab results, a thorough discussion of your concerns, and a document of care recommendations will be provided to you.
